Sarah Sevcik


Sarah Sevcik's interests include the study and evaluation of environmental, social, and behavioral determinants of health; the intersection of build environment and community health; and holistic and systems approaches to addressing public health concerns and advancing health equity. Sarah particularly enjoys dynamic, team-based evaluation projects with a utilization-focused mindset. Sarah earned a Master of Public Health (MPH) in community health promotion in 2009, a Master of Education (M.Ed) in adult education in 2012, and a Program Evaluation Certificate in 2017. She currently teaches undergraduate public health courses at the University of Minnesota and the University of St. Thomas, and she is also a licensed Basic Adult Education teacher for the state of Minnesota.
