Josia Waderich, MPP

Josiah Waderich is a founding member of TerraLuna and graduate of the Humphrey School of Public Affairs, where he received a Master of Public Policy degree. As a student, he joined his passions for community economic development, program evaluation and the arts, by performing an economic impact study of a local arts festival and research into economic development strategies for the Wilder Foundation and Greater MSP. Other evaluation experiences include work for the Metropolitan Council, American Evaluation Association and CURE, a Minnesota-based environment/arts/economic development non-profit. Through evaluation, Josiah has found an outlet for his insatiable curiosity by helping real people answer real questions as they make a difference in the world.

Josiah studied music at Bethel University where he spent his time playing classical guitar. After completing his undergraduate degree, he spent two years as an Americorps VISTA volunteer working with youth and community development programs. In his spare time, he enjoys being with his wife and dog, and learning about the geeky world of advanced baseball statistics.
